Người ta nói anh ấy sống ở Huế (vẫn đang sống).
Việc đã xảy ra trước
People say he stole the file last year. → He is said to have stolen the file last year.
Người ta nói anh ấy đã lấy file năm ngoái → to have stolen.
Bị động quá khứ
People say the novel was translated into 20 languages. → The novel is said to have been translated into 20 languages.
to have been + V3.
Sai: He is said to stole the file.
Đúng: He is said to have stolen the file.
Sau to phải là nguyên mẫu: have, không stole.
